No Bake Fresh Peach Pie



This is friend Sophia's recipe that is a double yum.



No Bake Fresh Peach Pie


3/4 package of Pecan Sandies (or plain Shortbread, my favorite- or Cashew Sandies. Find these in the cookie aisle), crushed

1/2 cube of butter (1/4 cup), melted


Mix the crushed cookies and butter and press into a pie plate or individual ramekins. Double the recipe for a 9 x 13 pan.


Pour 1 can Eagle Brand milk into a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice. Stir and let sit to thicken a titch more. Slice peeled fresh peaches into milk- 5 or 6. Stir, then fill pie shell. Refrigerate. When ready to served, serve with fresh whipped cream!
