Baquette Veggies



I recently made these fun Baguette Veggies for a couple of bridal showers.
  Here in Utah we are lucky to have a soup and salad/sandwich place called Zupa's- that has the best baguettes ever.  The bread is nice and soft.  I cut the baguettes into about 4-5 inches cut on the diagonal to about 2 inches.  See picture.  Pull out the inner bread (not going down to the bottom.  Fill center with favorite dip (mine is spinach dip.) and cut veggies into lengths that stand up in the bread.  I use carrots, celery and peppers.  Delicious to the last bite!
