Last week our Ward had a Brazilian BBQ- thanks to a wonderful family, the
Dominques'- that live in our neighborhood. We all thought we had died and gone to heaven. I'm excited to share a few dishes, uniquely Brazilian that Vera D. so happily shared.

There are several wonderful recipes out there (Our Best Bites cookbook and other recipes on Pinterest) for Brazilian Limeade...but this one takes the cake for its simplicity and goodness. No calling for blending up fresh limes and sieving out the pulp. I didn't know I had to have this drink....
and now I know it will be a family favorite. forever. And ever. Amen.
Brazilian Limeade
1 can frozen limeade
add 2 cans of cold water and 1 can of crushed ice
Then stir in really well, 1/4 can of sweetened condensed milk
Stir really, really well and add lots and lots of ice. I'm thinking the next time I made it, I might blend the limeade, 1 can of crushed ice and the milk. Then add the rest. Just to kick up the slushy although, trust me, it is delicious as is.
