Rocky Road Fudge and Christmas Cheer

 
 Here's a little treat I made for gifts using BFF Cathy's recipe for Rocky Road Fudge.  I didn't put in the nuts (because I dislike walnuts) and I wanted a smoother fudge.

It's really yummy and easy.
