Raspberry Balsamic Dressing with Spinach Strawberry Salad


Raspberry Balsamic Dressing


1/4 cup plus 4 tsp. olive oil

1/4 cup plus 4 tsp. balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup dark brown sugar

1/4 cup raspberry concentrate (or o.j.) (frozen raspberry juice)

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. Worcheshire sauce


Whisk together and serve over salad.


Torn spinach, sliced strawberries, toasted nuts of choice (pumpkin, pinenuts, etc.) and sliced avocado.


Valene served this in Parmesan baskets.
