Lemon Bars
Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup soft butter
dash salt
Filling:
4 beaten eggs
2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup flour
6 T. lemon juice
powdered sugar for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine and mix crust, as you would for pie crust. Press into a 9 x 13 Pammed pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
Then combine flour and sugar. Mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour onto slightly cooled crust. Bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
