Crunchy Corn Salad


Crunchy Corn Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green or red pepper (I used both)
1 cup red onion, chopped (I used about 1/2 of a large)
2 cans drained corn (I used frozen.)
2 cans Mexicorn, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag chili-cheese Frito's - crushed to bits

Mix all except for the Frito's and chill. Just before serving, add the Frito's and mix well.
